you may choose to make quiet time during this time, however it is not necessary. i always intention that you may receive the healing or any messages either in the moment if you are open to it, or when you listen to it later on at your own leisure.

i usually leave healings open in terms of intention, while also holding the theme for the month in the back of my mind. i call in all of my guides, and yours, to perform this healing. i include not only traditional reiki but also shamanism, crystals, essential oils, mediumship, musical instruments, music, and oracle cards—this is what makes this a *blended* healing. some sessions use all the tools, some none at all.

whatever comes forward (any messages, guides, symbols, etc) will be relayed during the recording.
