By purchasing items, booking an appointment, or in any way working with me you agree to the policies listed below.

I provide Spiritual Life Coaching and Consulting. All products are intended for spiritual and spiritual-growth purposes only.

I am not a licensed medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advisor/professional. I do not, and will not, give advice or recommendations for these, or any other, licensed or professional areas. Services and/or products here are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please seek, refer, listen, and adhere to the advice from your doctors, lawyers, and other professionals in their respective fields.

I am not a fortune teller. I do not give any readings or advice for love/relationships, finance, health, etc.


I do not perform any work {including but not limited to any removals, healings, readings, card pulls, insights to their views/opinions, shadow work, past life work, etc} for any other person during your session. The purchase of my time with you does not dignify, allow, or grant you the ability to consent on another’s behalf REGARDLESS if they have said it is okay. Your payment does not translate to my obligation to cross that boundary. Our time together is focused on you and you alone. Other people only offer insight to deepen the experience you need for yourself which is brought forward by how you are processing and expressing your current circumstances.


SO WHAT DO I DO? I INVESTIGATE YOUR CURRENT LIFE CIRCUMSTANCES, DIFFICULTIES, STRUGGLES, TRIGGERS, AND TRAUMAS TO OFFER YOU SPIRITUAL LIFE COACHING, EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, AND OTHER TOOLS TO NAVIGATE THROUGH DIFFICULT LIFE SITUATIONS.

I DO offer spiritual life coaching and consulting services (both individual and group). My services are deeply focused on introspective work of the specific client I am working with. Using spiritual tools, I work alongside my clients to help enhance and encourage the work of each individual by allowing them to begin the sacred process of discovering their voice—at their own pace, in their own unique way, and always allowing them to take the full direction of each session we engage in together.


Email, Instagram, Facebook

  • No appointments will be booked through email, Instagram, or Facebook—all appointments MUST be booked through my booking website.

  • Services will not be given through Instagram or Facebook.

  • Questions regarding services or any communication about appointments, items, purchases, services, etc MUST ONLY come through via email to sfshservice@gmail.com.

  • If you message me through Instagram or Facebook, you will be directed to email me for future contact.

Appointments

  • All appointments must be made 48hrs in advance through my booking website.

  • Weekend appointments are not available.

  • Only the appointment times listed are available for booking.

Emergency Appointments

  • Any “EMERGENCY” appointment may be booked from 8:00am–9:00pm PST on any day that is open on my calendar.

  • Each of these appointments, clearly marked as emergency, will result in an upcharge of $150 in addition to the original rate of the service.

  • Clients may not cancel or reschedule these appointments due to the change in my schedule I will need to make to accommodate your booking.

  • Emergency sessions are 100% nonrefundable.

  • All emergency appointments will remain in an email only format.

Late Arrivals/Missed Appointments

  • It is the client's responsibility to arrive on time at the designated appointment time.

  • Late arrivals to appointments do not guarantee the full length of your session, and your session may still end at the original and agreed-upon time as stated when booking.

  • Additional appointments aren't scheduled to make up for time lost during a late arrival—your appointments are your responsibility.

  • Missed appointments are not automatically refunded nor rescheduled.

  • Clients are highly encouraged to reschedule their session or choose another of equal value at a different date since they didn't technically use the money they spent.

  • If you missed your appointment, please contact me, with the next date + time you'd like to schedule and we will schedule it for you, allowing you to avoid paying any additional funds.

  • Two consecutive missed appointments will result in a loss of your ability to reschedule, no refunds will be issued, and you'll have to submit payment in full once again for any future appointments.

Payment

  • Paypal + Credit Card are the only accepted forms of payment.

  • No venmo, no cashapp.

  • All payments are due in full before services are rendered or items are shipped.

  • Partial payments are not accepted.

  • Payment plans are not available except for special circumstances, or for clients who have established a proven track record of successful and on-time payments for a 1-year period.

  • If you are interested in a payment plan, please contact me to determine your eligibility and terms required.

Refunds

  • I do not give partial, prorated, or full refunds.

  • All sales final.

  • All services, once rendered, are final sale.

  • If a client has failed to reschedule or missed appointments per the late/missed appointments section above they will not be refunded.

  • Services that do not yield your expected outcome will not be refunded—services and time were rendered. You got what you needed even if you aren’t willing to accept it or it wasn’t what you wanted to hear.

  • I understand emergency situations arise—however please use discretion. If you are experiencing an emergency please contact me and we can work something out.

  • If your package has been marked as delivered, but you do not have your package, unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued. I have no way, nor do you, of proving that you do not have your items. Instead, together, we can work out a solution via email.

    Shipping + Fulfillment

  • Fulfillment (aka getting your package ready for shipment) is 3–5 Business days.

  • If you purchase your item on the weekends or on a holiday, your order may or may not make the batch’s cutoff for delivery to USPS.

  • All packages are sent via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Shipping. Both come with tracking numbers.

  • All tracking numbers are issued automatically, via email, when your order has been fulfilled via email from Squarespace.

  • Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 1 to 5 business days to arrive once dropped off at the post office, depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

  • Unfortunately, I do not offer International Shipping due to past client experiences. If you are an International client and would like something shipped to you, please contact me and we can chat.

  • Once the package has been scanned by USPS any tracking information you will get by entering the tracking number will be the same information that I will have.

  • Unfortunately, I have zero control of what USPS does with your package once it has been scanned.

  • I do not have any different information for you on my end. BOTH my ShipStation + USPS information will offer the same tracking information on my screen as what you will see with the tracking number.

  • If your package has been marked as delivered, but you do not have your package, unfortunately, a refund cannot be issued. I have no way, nor do you, of proving that you do not have your items. Instead, together, we can work out a solution via email.

Exchanges

Exchanges are excepted under two conditions.

  • 1st
    If your item arrives damaged, photos of the packaging and all pieces must be submitted by email to sfshservice@gmail.com within 3 DAYS of when your package is delivered (which is tracked through my shipping system). Items do not need to be returned, and a replacement item will be shipped free of charge.

  • 2nd 
    If within the first 10 days, after delivery, your item breaks or is otherwise damaged (accidentally), you must submit photos to sfshservice@gmail.com and a replacement item may be shipped free of charge upon investigation and evidence from photos.

Client Privacy

Any and all information that my clients share with me or is learned through the course of your session(s) is regarded with the utmost importance and confidence. Information is never shared, sold, or published in any manner. 

Any information I collect for you through my booking site is used for my record keeping only and is never used or sold to any person, any site, or other third-parties. 

If at any time a client wishes to see or get a copy of any information I may have recorded or stored during a session, they may request it via email.

Reiki Client Agreement

The client understands and acknowledges that Reiki is a hands-on holistic health treatment (or hands-off as requested) to encourage relaxation and mindfulness. Reiki, if done in person, is practiced with the client fully clothed, on a massage table. If at any time the client feels discomfort, the session will be stopped immediately (session can be resumed after problem is addressed). Though sessions are most effective in silence, the client understands that sometimes it may be necessary to voice what they are feeling in order to feel at ease.

Reiki Practitioners do not diagnose conditions, nor do they prescribe substances or perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that the client visit a licensed physician, or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment or condition they may have.

By requesting a reading and/or scheduling an appointment with Nancy Hess, you understand, and therefore agree, that Nancy is not licensed medical professional or other licensed professional (like accountant or lawyer) and cannot provide any medical or legal advice. Any information or advice given to you by Nancy is not to be used by you in place of any medical, legal, or treatment/diagnosis plan from qualified and licensed professionals in their respective fields. Any reading and/or scheduled appointment is meant to offer you insight into your personal or spiritual life and in no way constitutes as medical or legal advice as stated above. Nancy will not be held liable for any damages resulting in either the use of this site or any reading or scheduled appointment, nor liable for any decisions that you choose to make as a result of any information on this site or through a reading or scheduled appointment including without limitation, actual, incidental and/or consequential damages resulting from any claims resulting from any act or omission, negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation or otherwise, including without limitation, personal injury, death, loss of income, stress (emotional or otherwise), errors or omissions, or otherwise.
