we can always reclaim our power back. and power is exchanged all the time—back and forth between us and those around us. it can be great, however there are a lot of things or processes that are dysfunctional that cause drain or creates disempowerment with ourselves (and within others as well).
in this process, which is similar to a cord cutting, we will further change the internal dynamics that cause these energetic and power imbalances to keep returning. between unconscious or conscious giving of our power, or focusing too much on others, we are displacing our personal power. and while i don’t believe anything is truly permanent, this process will help to bring deeper healing to both parties through the retrieving and exchange of each other’s personal power.
