Pricing

My hourly rate is $75.

I’ve been doing this work for a long time! I can get quite a bit of work done in a short timeframe. My Soul Journey Deck, for example, at 130 cards with a custom 2-piece box template, was created and ready for print in under 4 hours—including cards and box.

My design fees will allow me to:

  • Use my 14 years of professional design experience to assist you in creating your vision in a timely manner.

  • Consult with you as many times as needed to complete the project.

  • Concept, then create, your digital/printed content.

  • Connect or help you navigate through sourcing + ordering your project.

ALSO!! YES! I CAN TEACH YOU HOW TO DESIGN YOUR OWN CONTENT!!

I am MORE than happy to help you learn to navigate creating these projects on your very own!! I have taught design programs like Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator for 13 years!!

I am able to assist you in downloading and learning how to use these programs. It’s way more affordable than you think PLUS it has the potential to cut down my design fees while GIVING YOU the EMPOWERMENT to create your project baby with your own hands!!

What can you help me create?!

I am not an illustrator, and cannot create drawings for you. HOWEVER, I do have many contacts for illustrators and can point you in their direction. Most illustrators do not provide graphic design services, and provide their drawing services only.

  • Printed materials

    • including business cards, promo cards, posters, postcards, stickers, labels, jewelry backers, brochures, notecards, etc

    • card decks (oracle + tarot)

    • journals, books, guides, etc

    • packaging

      • boxes, mailers, packing tape etc

  • Digital materials

    • any content you need formatted to be put in your shop or made available for your clients to purchase/download.

  • Websites!

    • I can work with you to bring your website + shop to life!!

 

What are the terms for working with me?

By working with me you agree to the following:

  • Pricing is set based on the total number of hours I estimate the project will take x $75 per hour + supplies (if any are needed).

    • For example, if the project will take 3 hours…that would be: 3 hrs X $75 = $225

  • Payment in full is due up front.

    • Unfortunately payment plans are only available in very very limited circumstances.

    • This is based on past experiences of myself and my fellow designers.

  • All specifications are worked out in the beginning of the project during the consultation. This includes:

    • Intention + intended purpose for the item

    • Theme, “look and feel”, colors, fonts

    • Deadlines

    • Timeline for work to be completed

  • Once specifications are set, a listing will be created on my site for you to purchase my services through.

    • You will be sent your individualized listing.

    • Purchasing that listing will be you agreeing to my terms.

    • I only take Paypal or Credit Card

  • Initial concepts are created and delivered to the client.

    • These are not final products and will be watermarked + low quality and are intended for DRAFT purposes only.

    • It is up to the client to review these drafts and communicate what needs changing or adjusting.

    • I am not responsible for the amount/length of time the client takes to respond back to me and how it will, in turn, affect the deadlines.

    • I do not use google images.

    • I will only use original, free, or creative commons licensed art + graphics.


  • After initial drafts are viewed and given the go ahead, OR if client approves the initial draft, clients are given up to 3 moderate changes.

    • These changes may incur additional hourly fees in addition to the originally agreed upon price.

    • Moderate changes are changes that do not result in significant time investments

    • Moderate changes DO NOT involve me reworking/scraping entire designs and starting from scratch.

    • What qualifies as a moderate change is determined by myself and is not determined by the client.

    • If something will be more than a moderate change, the client will be informed.

  • Significant changes will require additional hours added to the final bill.

    • A payment request will be submitted to client for additional billable hours if significant changes are required to take place.

    • Any additional payment that may be required due to the incurrence of significant changes, is required to be paid in full before final designs are released.

  • No final designs will be submitted to the client, regardless of the agreed upon deadlines or timeline, if full payment hasn’t been received.


  • Work I create may be displayed in my portfolio.

    • Some information may be censored at the request of the client.


  • All proofreading is required on all material BEFORE it is sent to me to work with.

    • I am not in charge of proofreading any of your work.

    • Client is FULLY responsible for the spelling and grammar of their content.

    • Client will have AMPLE opportunity to proofread their work BEFORE final designs are submitted.
